Sarah is a passionate Accredited Practising Dietitian with 18 years of experience in the field.
Starting her dietetic career in Melbourne, after graduating from Deakin University in 2005, she has worked extensively as a clinical dietitian across 3 major Victorian health services and most recently at the University of the Sunshine Coast, training and educating future Dietitians. Whilst Sarah specialises in Renal (Kidney) Nutrition, she has wide ranging experience in the delivery of nutrition care across a spectrum of health conditions including a special interest in Gut Health and Women’s Health.
Sarah is also a deeply passionate educator and nutrition communicator who prides herself on her ability to translate the science in to practical and results driven advice.
