Pregnancy Aqua

Location: Noosa Springs

Our Pregnancy Aqua class is run by one of our women’s health physiotherapists and is designed for women from 4-40 weeks gestation. This class is a wonderful way to stay active during pregnancy and has excellent benefits due to its non-weight bearing nature. Work on cardiovascular fitness, tone, stretch and relax your body all while improving your pelvic floor function!
