Practitioner Profile
Alex earned his honours degree in Physiotherapy from Bournemouth University in 2022 and brings a wealth of experience from working within both large National Health Service hospital trusts and smaller outpatient physiotherapy clinics in the UK. He has developed a keen interest in sports physiotherapy and especially supporting trauma and orthopaedic patients, focusing on both their initial recovery and long-term rehabilitation to help them achieve their goals.
As an outpatient physiotherapist, Alex is committed to helping patients return to peak performance as efficiently as possible, using tailored exercise rehabilitation programs, education, load management strategies, and manual therapy techniques. He is regularly keeping up to date with continuing professional development through courses
Alex’s passion for physiotherapy is rooted in his background in sports. Before qualifying, he worked closely with the English National Football Team at the National Football Centre, gaining valuable insight into sports operations and rehabilitation. His early exposure to physiotherapy as a lifeguard further fueled his career aspirations.
Now based in Australia, Alex is embracing the active Aussie lifestyle and enjoys watersports on the stunning beaches. In his free time, he stays active by playing football, golfing, and running regularly.
